These are indeed beautiful, Linda. Each one is worthy of being included. My personal favorite is Mt Taranaki. I have another blog friend who sent me a calendar of the Taranaki area. How stupendous it is.

It certainly is a beautiful part of New Zealand. There are few places that boast skiing in the morning, surfing in the afternoon.

The photographs you chose are varied, equally detailed, nicely composed and beautiful. I suppose if i were told I could pick just one to look at again and again, it would be the thunderstorm.

1, 2, 3 and 6 were taken with my Samsung J5 smartphone; 4 with a point and shoot and 5 with a Canon EOS 550D. More and more I’m finding the smartphone is my go to camera.
