Photo Challenge: Monochromatic

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Monochromatic.”

A powerful monochromatic image is composed of a gradient of a single color, and has an emphasis on texture and composition. While the images I’ve shared in this post are not entirely monochromatic, they show the power that a simple color palette can have in a photograph.

When spent a few days on the NSW south coast (Australia) at Shell Harbour we were treated to scenes like this each night.  as twilight  moved in across the colour palette through so many shades of dusk.
