Camp set up at Patonga, NSW, Australia

A fence separates us from the beach but not the ocean views across the sand dunes. Rainbow lorikeets watched noisily as we set up camp which happened in record time. We each took care of activities we could manage alone.

After we’d got the tent set up, the MOTH took care of zipping the annex walls in place while I set up the pantry and unpacked the groceries and crockery into the shelving.

In no time at all it was cuppa tea time and crackers and blue vein cheese to replenish our dwindling energy levels. Once the sun sunk over the hills it wasn’t long before the temperature dropped and dark set in. Camp home set up in time for a glass of wine and a sit down.
