For the two days of each weekend in December I thought I’d share with you some of the places, or activities, that act as pressure relief valves when I need to unwind and lose the feeling of being overwhelmed by life.
Number one on the list is a day at the beach. The roar of the ocean, swell of the tide and the soft white sands are not only pleasant sights and sounds, they restore my positivity. As each wave ebbs from shore it carries with it the inner turmoil and as it rushes towards the shore it brings peace and restfulness.

Breathing in light
A day spent lying on the beach, strolling and paddling in the shallow waters, reading and swimming is the best remedy to restore my positivity and sense of wellbeing.
